From the field of heat treatment of forgings, steel and metallurgical material, we perform various types of annealing and refining of carbon, alloyed, tool and other steels.
From the point of view of individual types of annealing, we mostly perform normalising, soft annealing, isothermal annealing, ferrite-perlite annealing, stress relieving annealing, or other types of annealing according to the customer’s wishes. The steel annealing process is then implemented using two installed technologies, namely annealing in wagon furnaces and annealing in continuous annealing furnace. The maximum dimensions of the annealed material are determined by the dimensions of the furnace working space. All furnaces are controlled by a modern computer system by means of which we are able to provide the customer with the annealing temperature curve for each batch of heat treatment.

At present, we use two hardening shops for this kind of heat treatment.
The first hardening line is designed for all types of steels. The regulation of the temperature mode of steel processing is controlled by an automatic process.

The production possibilities of the TRIANGOLO forge are determined by applied technologies. From this perspective, we offer die forgings, rolled rings, forged shafts and open die forgings. We also provide heat treatment of steel and metallurgical materials, machining and ultrasonic testing.
